Zoom works on many devices so everyone should be able to take part. Mics will be muted for everyone apart from whoever is performing, but please feel free to keep your video on as well as taking part in the live chat. It really helps to keep the lovely atmosphere of the Ballroom alive. Of course, if you'd rather keep your video off please do - everyone is welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable! (Pro-tip - connect speakers).
Performers - if you do have any kind of mic that you can plug into your device/laptop then that would be great. If not then that's totally fine too. I'd recommend that louder performers don't play too close to your laptop/device to avoid the sound distorting. But please don't get hung up on this - the main thing is that it's just lovely to see you all there and to keep the Ballroom going during this crazy situation!
